Having issues scanning your QC code? Here are a few suggestions to make sure you can successfully send coins to your wallet address from our machines! Note that the QR code scanner points out above the number pad

- Make sure you are using the correct wallet type. You are able to purchase Bitcoin, Litecoin and Ethereum at our kiosks. All cryptocurrencies have their own wallet types and formats. Bitcoin Cash, other Bitcoin forks (ABC, SV, Gold) and ERC-20 tokens all have their own differences than the tokens we support, which are the most widely adapted of their kind. If you scan the incorrect wallet type at our machine and send coins there, the money will likely be lost. For example: if you provide a Bitcoin Cash wallet instead of Bitcoin, you will not receive anything and your funds will be lost forever
- Increase the size of the QR code you are attempting to scan
- Turn the brightness up as high as possible if using an electronic device
- Rotate your phone so that it is sideways or horizontal
- Try scanning the QR code horizontally or vertically
- Place the QR code or phone so that is about one hand length (4-6 inches) away from the kiosk
- Angle the QR code so that it points directly at the machine - hold your phone with the side pointing at the floor
