There are three easy ways to provide your identification at a HoneyBadger kiosk. Please note, these methods work best with an drivers license or identification card. Select and follow the instructions for one of these three options when the machine instructs you to do so.

1 - Insert your chosen identification card into the debit card slot

2 - Scan your chosen identification card on the bar code scanner

3 - If the above fail, please take a photo of your identification using the camera at the top of the screen. Hold your ID so that it matches the digital ID square on screen and wait until the kiosk tells you the photo has been taken.

If we are unable to verify your identity, we will request that you resubmit your documents on your next kiosk visit or via our support platform.
