If your QR code isn't scanning, there may be a few reasons:

• Sometimes this can be a bit tricky, but our scanner should recognize the majority of wallet providers.
• If you use a smartphone to display your QR code and it still isn't working, try a different wallet provider.
• If you are using a printed paper, please make sure the image is clear and not creased or folded.
