Due to the nature of the blockchain, once a transfer is sent, it is unable to be retrieved or cancelled:

  • For security purposes, our system does occasionally flag transactions. If this is the case, the transaction has not been completed;
  • If your transaction was flagged and you think you may have been scammed, we want to help and do issue scam reimbursements;
  • We do not issue reimbursements for any other reason than protecting victims of scams;
  • If you'd like to check the status of your transaction, please contact our support team at support@badgercoin.com with your transaction ID found on your receipt.
